Anberlin rocked the Jersey Shore

Watashi Wa kicked things off with a set that was heartfelt. Their songs carried a message that connected with the crowd. This was my first time hearing them, and I can honestly say they have a new fan and, from the reaction of the crowd, a new following. One song completely stopped me in my tracks called “Ten Years and Separating States,” and I had to download it right away!

Emery took the stage and immediately turned the energy up. Their intensity reminded everyone why they’ve remained such an influential band for so many years. Every song hit hard, and the crowd responded with nonstop enthusiasm from start to finish.

Then came Anberlin. From the moment they stepped on stage, the room was theirs. The crowd sang along to every word, including me. The mix of nostalgia, energy, and lead vocals from Matty Mullins made it a night to remember. Watching hundreds of voices come together during songs that have meant so much to so many people over the years was something special.
