I had been looking forward to this show for a while, and it did not disappoint.

Convictions started the night off with an absolutely relentless set. From the moment they hit the stage, the energy never let up. Their mix of emotional lyrics and passion made it impossible to look away. Every member gave everything they had, and you could feel how much the music meant to them. They met with every fan after the show and continue to prove why they’re one of the most exciting bands in metalcore right now. 

Then came Flyleaf, and it felt like stepping back into one of the most important eras of alternative rock. Hearing Lacey Sturm back with the band brought so much emotion to the night. Her voice sounded incredible, balancing vulnerability with power just like fans remember. Songs like “I’m So Sick,” “Fully Alive,” and “All Around Me” had the entire crowd singing every word, creating one of those moments that reminds you why live music is so special.

Both bands connected with the audience in completely different ways. Convictions hit with intensity and emotion, while Flyleaf reminded everyone why their music has stood the test of time. It was the perfect combination of heavy, heartfelt, and unforgettable.
